PawMisto currently ships to customers within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and periods of high demand may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

If an order is returned because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each available shipment.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us through our Contact page. We will work with the carrier and shipping partner to investigate.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or video. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.

Customs and Import Charges

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless they were collected at checkout.
